Callware awarded APL Listing for Callegra.UC JITC 6.15 SP1 Release

Salt Lake City, Utah, September 5th, 2014, Callware Technologies announces its sixth United States Department of Defense (DoD) Product Approved List (APL) listing for the last update of its flagship product, Callegra.UC JITC 6.15 SP1, showing its continued commitment to meet Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) certification security requirements. No other product on the market today comes close to meeting the stringent military requirements.

Callegra.UC JITC is an enterprise solution that provides encrypted and secure voicemail, unified messaging, auto attendant, voice recognition, and voice/fax message access from the telephone, Microsoft Outlook, or the Internet.
The Callegra.UC JITC 6.15 SP1 includes:
  • Virtualization certification, allowing what took multiple servers to reside on one server with replication technologies that provides essential back up of data without the redundancy, significantly reducing costs of past technologies;
  • AS-SIP-enabled technology, making the requirement for a separate voiceboard hardware obsolete, again reducing costs;
  • IPv6-compliancy
  • Simultaneous switch integration support for legacy telephone switches and the newly deployed Local Session Controller (LSC) switches, making the old and new equipment work together until the phone systems are transitioned over several months.

This product/solution is certified in the configuration that is tested and approved, and began shipping and residing over all DoD network infrastructures worldwide. The Callegra.UC 6.15 JITC SP1 awarded certifications: JITC-Certified DTR on July 31, 2014 (original memorandum 26 August 2013),

Network Service (NSP) certification on August 7, 2014, and
DoD APL on August 4, 2014.
