Callware Technologies
Callware is a leader in providing voicemail, auto-attendant, unified messaging, and unified communication solutions that improve the business flow, increase productivity, and save costs.

Callware, incorporated in 1994, a result of a spin-off from International Voice Exchange, a service bureau and software development company, founded in 1988.

At the time, Callware introduced its first unified messaging and communication service product — Callegra. As the first voicemail product in the market to access, send, and receive voicemail and fax messages directly to and from any device and to and from anywhere. Subsequent versions integrated Callegra’s GUI with Microsoft Outlook, Novell GroupWise, Lotus Notes, and other various web browsers.

In 1998, Callware started working with government agencies and the DoD (Department of Defense) to enhance its flagship product with high-security features.

Callegra.UC provides the ability to send and receive voice and fax messages and receive them from any device, anywhere.

The Callegra.UC JITC product remains the only product of its kind on the list and remains the primary voicemail replacement system for all U.S. military branches, including the Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marines, Navy, and other strategic DoD operations.

In 2004, Callegra.UC JITC became the first and only product of its kind to obtain Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) certification and Information Assurance (IA) Accreditation.
