CallegraVOICE adds voice recognition to the Callegra Unified Messaging product family. Powered by Nuance, the CallegraVOICE module requires no training of the recognition engine. The product is able to offer compelling recognition performance straight out of the box based only on the spelling of a name. While many companies use the capabilities to make their auto-attendants more caller friendly, many employees are finding the recognition system easier to use than an employee directory when calling other employees.
