Cost Effective Stepping Stones to 21st Century VoIP Unified Communications

Callware Technologies announces that it is the leader in providing a cost-effective roadmap for transitioning from existing PBX equipment to 21st Century VoIP technology.

It provides several distinct stepping-stones that you cannot find anywhere else in the industry, including:

Stepping Stone Number One - Callware’s flagship product Callegra.UC works on legacy and new equipment. This means that you can replace your outdated voicemail system and keep your existing hardware equipment. Install Callegra.UC, welcome to the 21st century unified communications world.

Stepping Stone Number Two - Callegra.UC works with different equipment. For example JKL Company has merged with Company ABC and Company XYZ and each are running on different PBX systems. After these mergers, the voicemail systems are not integrated, and employees cannot access each other on a global address book. Callegra.UC can solve this solution; Keep the existing hardware and add Callegra.UC and you suddenly have a Global Address Book where employees are integrated as if they were no longer separate companies.

Stepping Stone Number Three - Callegra works on VoIP and integrates with old PBX equipment at the same time. Over time, and as budget allows, you can continue to migrate legacy systems to VoIP with your voicemail and auto attendant operating as if no transition is taking place.

Since 1988, Callware Technologies, Inc. has been providing voice and telephony enabled solutions. Callware’s flagship products, Callegra.UC and Callegra.UC JITC have been installed at over 8500 sites for customers such as government bureaus, educational institutions, international banks, and Fortune 500 corporations, including more than 100 Department of Defense (DoD) sites and military bases worldwide.
