Callware Technologies Rolls Out Major Internationalization Initiative

Callware Technologies, a global leader in advanced voice messaging and computer telephony solutions today announced the launch of their products and services to the international market. Callware’s strategy for expanded international presence includes the development of Callware Global Support Services, localization of Callegra 5.41 and Solo V-Mail product lines and deployment of an international corporate infrastructure.

Callware has established distribution in 10 countries in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, Latin America and the Pacific Rim, including Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Italy, Philippines, Poland, Singapore, South Africa, and the UK, with authorized dealers present in 16 additional countries.

Callware Global Support Services (CGSS) has expanded its capacity in Sandy, Utah and Herzlia, Israel where a variety of standard and enhanced service programs are offered to international clients as well as domestic clients. CGSS services include training, technical support, customer care, sales engineering, and documentation services to Callware’s global partners and customers.

Callware will provide its Callegra 5.41 family of products for NetWare in nine languages. They are: English (American, British and Australian), Latin American Spanish, Swedish, Italian, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, and Norwegian. They will be commercially available at the end of October 1998.

Callware selected Bowne Global Solutions, the leading provider of localization and translation services in the software industry, for the translation and adaptation of its award-winning unified messaging product for international markets.
