CallWare Technologies Inc. announced a joint marketing agreement with Voice Technologies Group (VTG).
The two companies are cooperating to provide advanced computer telephony solutions to users with existing Legacy telephone systems by integrating CallWare software solutions with VTG’s VoiceBridge Series II (VB-II). The agreement includes joint testing, co-marketing and cross training of products.
The VB-II product allows for a tighter integration between CallWare software and leading telephone systems, such as: Lucent, Nortel, Rolm, Mitel, NEC and Ericsson. This agreement adds new ways the CallWare voice messaging capabilities integrate with different PBX systems through various interfaces.
“This agreement came about from the realization that both companies and their customers could benefit greatly by establishing a more strategic business partnership,” stated Bob Pollock, director of sales for VTG. “With over 500 dealers, CallWare provides a tremendous opportunity for VTG’s products to reach new and well-informed customers.”

Through the VB-II, we can offer quality integrations with popular telephone systems. This relationship gives CallWare a distinct advantage in total integration of our computer telephony applications with this select group of telephone systems.”
