CallWare announces Cheyenne fax integration for unified messaging of voice and fax messages

CallWare Technologies Inc. announces the integration of CallWare version 5.2 with Cheyenne FAXserve allowing users to view and access both voice and fax messages from CallWare ViewPoint.

Now business users can view, read, forward, print, save, or delete fax messages that are displayed alongside voice messages. Because CallWare and FAXserve utilize the same platform, CallWare is easy to install, set-up and use in conjunction with FAXserve.

Example: An employee accesses the CallWare ViewPoint graphical interface to view messages. Both voice and fax messages appear. The user can choose which messages (either fax or voice) which are most important to review first. With a simple mouse click, the user can open, read, and print a fax message or listen to a voice message.

Both voice and fax messages can be forwarded to other users with another click. By allowing access to both fax and voice messages in a single interface, CallWare greatly reduces the time and effort expended by employees to communicate effectively, leaving the employee to use this saved time for other tasks.
